Account & Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your Slowalbum account and all associated data, please send an email to our support team.

Option 1: Delete directly in the App (Fastest)
If you have the app installed, you can instantly delete your account and all data by going to Me > Settings > Delete Account within the Slowalbum app.

Option 2: Request deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request manual deletion:
1. Send an email to admin@slowalbum.com.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. In the email, please provide information to help us identify your account:

Your Slowalbum Display Name and Username
The Email address you used to register

* Note: If you created your account using "Sign in with Apple" and chose to hide your email, providing your exact Display Name and Username is essential for us to locate your account.

* Note: It may take some time to fully process your request and completely remove your personal data from our active servers and routine backups. This action cannot be undone.
