Welcome to Slowalbum! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Slowalbum applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), provided by Slowalbum LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who Can Use Slowalbum

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Slowalbum, you state that you can form a binding contract with us and will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Your Account

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to disable any account if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. Furthermore, if your account or content is reported by other users for violating these Terms, your account may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.

3. Your Content and Your Rights

You retain complete ownership of all the text, photos, and videos you upload ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your content.

However, to operate the Platform, we need certain legal permissions from you. By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

• Host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., resizing for different devices), and display your content strictly for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Platform.
• Analyze the context and metadata of your User Content (such as content categories or tags) to personalize your experience and serve relevant contextual advertisements, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising and Monetization

Slowalbum relies on advertising to maintain our servers and keep the core features free. By using the Platform, you agree that we and our third-party advertising partners may place native and targeted advertisements on the Platform. We process your interaction data and contextual behavior within the app to deliver these ads. We will never sell your personal identity or private content to advertisers. 5. Prohibited Conduct

We want Slowalbum to remain a positive and respectful environment. You agree NOT to:

• Post content that involves spam or scams, nudity or sexual material, violence or graphic imagery, bullying or harassment, false information, self-harm, child endangerment, or is otherwise illegal or discriminatory.
• Infringe on anyone else's intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks.
• Spam other users, artificially inflate engagement, or post unauthorized commercial communications.
• Use automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access or collect data from the Platform.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or do anything that could disable or impair the proper working of the Platform.

If you encounter any User Content or behavior that violates these rules, please report it to us immediately using the in-app reporting features or by contacting admin@slowalbum.com. We review all reports and will take appropriate action.

6. Our Intellectual Property

Except for your User Content, all materials on the Platform—including the software, designs, logos, text, and graphics—are owned by or licensed to Slowalbum LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any User Content, as well as suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that creates risk or possible legal exposure for us. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings, which will initiate the deletion of your User Content from our active servers.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "AS IS": The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slowalbum LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. Dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them will be governed by the laws of the State in which Slowalbum LLC is registered, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in said State, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. If we make material changes, we will notify you in advance (e.g., through the App or via email). Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
